Our US orders are printed in the US. We also have printers in Australia, UK, EU and Canada for international orders. We print your books close to you to ensure speedy shipping, reduce mileage and support local businesses.
We print and ship every order individually. We aim for the following printing and shipping times:
United States 8-10 business days
Canada 6-8 business days
Australia and New Zealand 6-8 business days
UK 5-8 business days
EU 8-12 business days
Rest of world 9-26 business days
Christmas shipping surges may affect delivery times. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window, we are so sorry! Please contact us and we will do everything we can to help.

If you’re planning to gift one of our books to a little one this Christmas, please place your order before the cutoff to ensure on-time delivery.
We offer free shipping on US orders- limited time only.
We are not happy unless you are. If you are not thrilled with your book, we’ll make it right. We encourage you to carefully check your book at the preview stage to ensure names are spelled correctly, the dedication is right for you, and you are happy with how everything looks.

We work with artists and printers who share our values of caring for each other and the earth. Our printers use only sustainable paper products and provide fair working conditions to employees under the Certified B program. We use premium paper and the best inks available.
